Qualification:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Prior teaching or classroom experience preferred

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills

  • Ability to adapt to different grade levels and subjects (PreK–High School)

  • Commitment to Islamic values and professional conduct

  • Must pass a background check and any state-required clearance

Job Function:

  • Deliver lesson plans provided by the regular teacher in an engaging and effective manner

  • Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, respectful learning environment

  • Manage time effectively to cover scheduled activities and transitions

  • Communicate with school leadership regarding any issues or student concerns

  • Leave a summary report of the day’s activities for the returning teacher

  • Follow school policies, including those related to dress code, student safety, and Islamic etiquette
