- Joining Masjid Nasrullah
Once you join our team, you’ll be an independent contractor who provides hands-on fundraising services to prospects and donors. You’ll be independent and can take on as much as you want.
- Duties of a Fundraising Consultant
As a Fundraising Consultant you will have to provide the following services:
- Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward qualified prospects and donors
- Conduct and/or coordinate face-to-face visits, and other activities with donors, muslim (halal) businesses, and other Masajids
- Work independently and be self-motivated in initiating contacts with potential donors.
- Establish a strategic and systematic focus on closing five-figure and above commitments from high net-worth individuals.
- Make high-volume outbound calls (300+) to prospective donors
- Find and contact potential donors
- Call and write to thank donors who have contributed and assisted the Masjid
- Travel to events and/or other islamic programs held by other institutions to network and market
- Create, organize, advertise, and assist at fundraising campaigns and public events
- Maintain financial reports and track donations
- All communication with donors and prospects MUST be done through Masjid Nasrullah financial platform system, email system, and phone system.
- Create a strong fundraising message that appeals to potential donors
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Travel Required
As necessary to meet in person with prospects and donors and to attend events
